I have been studying bellydance since 2010 and discovered this form of movement while looking for a way to regain mobility after breaking both of my feet.  Not only did this get me moving again, but I learned confidence and acceptance of my body as it is.  This beautiful art form not only helped me heal physically, but also taught me to love myself unconditionally and it has empowered me to shed limitations.

 

It is my strong desire to share bellydance and other forms of movement as empowerment practices that are available to everyone exactly as they are. All ages, body types and genders are welcome in my classes - ALWAYS. Please let me know how I can best support you on your movement journey.
