I have been studying bellydance since 2010 and discovered this form of movement while looking for a way to regain mobility after breaking both of my feet. Not only did this get me moving again, but I learned confidence and acceptance of my body as it is. This beautiful art form not only has helped me heal physically, but also taught me to love myself unconditionally and it has empowered me to shed limitations. It is my strong desire to share bellydance as a form of healing, physical mediation and as an act of self love that is available to everyone exactly where they are at in life. I am so grateful to be able to share this with my students who always inspire me and remind me that this form of movement is for all bodies. It truly transforms you from the inside out.
