In-Person Studio Acknowledgment

By completing this form I am agreeing to and acknowledging the following:

I acknowedge that in-person classes are taught in a home studio.

I am aware that several cats live in the home and regulary attend class, and I am ok with being around them. If I am allergic to cats, I will take all necessary precautions to keep myself safe and comfortable.

If I am not feeling well, or have recently been around someone who is ill, I will not attend in-person but will instead join the live stream. I acknowledge that taking this precaution will help keep the other attendees healthy and will allow individuals with all different health backgrounds to feel safe attending in-person classes.

I acknowledge that this is an inclusive studio that is safe for everyone to come and explore movement in. To protect this space I will first and foremost be kind to myself and I will never comment on anyone's body, age, gender or ability. I will also be mindful about what I say to others and to myself and try to conduct myself with kindness and empathy.

I am aware that most classes are taught both in-person and via a ZOOM livestream and that there are multiple cameras filming in the studio. I acknowledge that by attending in person, I may be visible in the livestream and in the class recording that is available to all class attendees.
