Virtual Studio Acknowledgment

By completing this form I am agreeing to and acknowledging the following:

I acknowledge that this is an inclusive studio that is safe for everyone to come and explore movement in. To protect this space I will first and foremost be kind to myself and I will never comment on anyone's body, age, gender or ability. I will also be mindful about what I say to others and to myself and try to conduct myself with kindness and empathy.

I acknowldge that it's ok to have my camera on or off and that I am welcome to do whatever I am most comfortable with. If I choose to have my camera off, acknowledge that it may be helpful to have a mirror nearby so that I can see the movements on my body.

If I would like to have my camera on, but do not want the instructor to acknowledge me directly, I will send a private message to her via zoom and let her know that I would like to participate privately that day.

If I have questions during class, I know that I can post them in the chat (directly to the instructor or to all). I also acknowlege that I can unmute and speak when invited to, but that in doing so, I may be part of the class recordng (that is only shared with attendees.)
