This program is to help you engage your low low belly for pelvic locks in the up direction. Join me in this challenge where we do 3 minutes of pelvic locks (or 90 reps) a day for 90 days. I encourage you to take a before video and then film yourself again after the 90 days to see the progress you have made! Please note that this challenge is still in development so some weeks will look a bit empty when you first sign up. I'll be adding the future weeks as we move through the challenge, so don't worry, they will be there by the time you reach that point in the challenge.
