Service Description

In this series, we will be exploring the fundamentals of belly dance including isolations, layers and basic steps. This is an introductory class that includes conditioning and mobility exercises to help you build a strong foundation for movement. This class is open to beginners or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of belly dance. Benefits: - Learn belly dance techniques while exploring how the movements feel in your unique and ever changing body. - Increase balance & coordination. - Improve brain function and boost memory through stimulating movement. - Learn dance musicality. - Learn how to care for your body before and after dance This class is taught live via Zoom (you will receive the link via email when you register). All registered participants will also receive a link to the recording of the class within 24-48 hours of its completion. The link will be available for 1 week.
