In this 50 min class you will learn how to care for your body through strength, flexibility and restorative practices. Benefits: - Build strength and flexibility to prevent injuries. - Deepen your connection with you body through body affirming movements. - Prepare your body for dance or any other physical activity you enjoy. This class includes a mix of yoga, Pilates, fitness and flexibility exercises and is accessible to all levels of movers. Classes will be taught live via zoom and then be uploaded to a private YouTube playlist for you to enjoy later. Playlist will be available for 3 months after class. In person, studio attendance options are available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested. In person spots are limited. Suggested props: yoga bolster (or rolled up blankets or yoga mat) yoga blocks (or books, cans, furniture you can use for support) yoga strap (or robe belt/scarf) hand weights (or water bottles/canned food) resistance bands (optional)
