Strength & Mobility (Sundays)
November Session (3 classes). All levels & abilities movement class. In-Person & Online.
Service Description
Classes will meet LIVE via ZOOM or in-person at 10:00am PST on Sundays. Recordings will be sent out shortly after upload and will be available for 30 days. If you wish to attend in-person, please email mindfulbellydance@gmail.com for details. In this 45 min class you will learn how to care for your body through strength, flexibility and restorative practices. Benefits: - Build strength and flexibility to prevent injuries. - Deepen your connection with you body through body affirming movements. - Prepare your body for dance or any other physical activity you enjoy. This class includes a mix of yoga, Pilates, fitness and flexibility exercises and is accessible to all levels of movers. Suggested props: yoga bolster (or rolled up blankets or yoga mat) yoga blocks (or books, cans, furniture you can use for support) yoga strap (or robe belt/scarf) hand weights (or water bottles/canned food) resistance bands (optional)
